The Stepping Stones Team

Stepping Stones employs a number of full time and part time paid staff members and works with a team of volunteers to deliver its services.

We employ a small team of staff to deliver our wrap around services incorporating the below roles.

  • Business Development Manager
  • Office Manager
  • Women’s Service Manager
  • Childcare Manager
  • 3 Childcare Assistants
  • Cook
  • Senior Women’s Support Practitioner
  • 7 Women’s Support Practitioners
  • Education, Training and Employment Advisor

We couldn’t do the work without the help of our amazing volunteers. We currently have a number of active volunteers who help us with a variety of tasks including admin.

We also have volunteers who offer their expertise in counselling and legal advice.
