The Stepping Stones Team
Stepping Stones employs a number of full time and part time paid staff members and works with a team of volunteers to deliver its services.
We employ a small team of staff to deliver our wrap around services incorporating the below roles.

- Women’s Service Manager
- Childcare Manager
- 3 Childcare Assistants
- Cook
- Senior Women’s Support Practitioner
- 7 Women’s Support Practitioners
- Education, Training and Employment Advisor
We couldn’t do the work without the help of our amazing volunteers. We currently have a number of active volunteers who help us with a variety of tasks including admin.
We also have volunteers who offer their expertise in counselling and legal advice.
